"I contacted Erin regarding my tub spout needing replacement. He was able to come and take a look at the problem within an hour of me contacting him in order to get an idea of the needed work. He was able to come back the very next day, first thing in the morning and replaced the spout so that we weren't without the use of our shower. He is the only plumber that I have used to do installations and repairs for many years. I trust him and his work. He has never had to come back to fix anything that he has done. "Decided to contact DoneRite due to their highly rated reviews. Glad that I did! They returned my request for estimate with a call within an hour or so. Received update calls when service people might be delayed, but they arrived within the 2 hr time frame scheduled (ANOTHER COMPANY scheduled a 4 hr window, and still didn't make it until the next day, with no calls until AFTER the 4 hrs, AND the next 4 hr reschedule!). Was fortunate that they were able to do the work the same day, right after doing the estimate, which was a great convenience for me! Workers (sorry don't remember names) were friendly, professional, and got the work done quickly. Cleaned up nicely after also. This was my first dealing with DoneRite, which turned out to be a great experience for me!"

"It went very well. Out of 5 plumbers contacted either by phone or through Angie's List "request for estimate" form on a Friday afternoon, DoneRite was the only one to respond and did so the next day (Saturday). They contacted me via email and set up a rather broad time frame for coming on Tuesday. Tylor called and showed up at the beginning of the time frame, gave an estimate and was ready to go to work when I accepted it. He worked hard for over an hour to replace the old parts with new (which he had with him) and answered all my questions regarding how to turn off the house's water supply (more complicated than I realized)."
