Can't ask for better service
I needed a new sewer line. I invited two companies to bid on this project. The bid Done-Rite gave was about half the cost of the other bidder on this project, and they worked with me, showing me exactly where my current, messed-up line was and what would be needed for the new line. (The other bidder acted as if I was just bothering him when he was working on the bid.) When I mentioned the two bidding companies to a friend, he recommended Done-Rite without reservation. (They've done a couple of projects for him.) And he was right. They are pleasant and professional, kept me informed at every step and are very organized about both the work and the scheduling. They had to do this work in mud and rain, and still did a great job. I can see why they get word-of-mouth recommendations. And now I know a good plumber to recommend. Can't ask for better service than these people gave!

Had a clogged toilet - only one used by my disabled husband - and while I had been able to unclog it myself in the past, couldn't get it this time. Personable, polite, and clean plumber
I called DoneRite after I used compressed air to blow out a clog and wound up blowing the cap off of my sewer cleanout. Oops... They were here within a few hours, cleaned out some tree roots, replaced the cap, and reinstalled my new toilet with a new ring (old house with weird plumbing) all within a few short hours. The plumber was personable, polite, and clean. I would definitely invite them into my home again, maybe next time a little sooner!

Eric was awesome! He fixed our outdoor faucet and our shower faucet. He and his partner came early and finished in an hour. Eric was professional, courteous and even wore booties so they did not mess up my floor. I wish I had caught the other guy's name but they both were great. Great job replacing old pipes
DoneRite Plumbing and Drain did a great job replacing all the old pipes under my kitchen sink! The plumber had all the parts he needed with him in his truck, and he fixed all the problems I had very efficiently. Fantastic experience with Justin. Apparently, my sump pump drain line became disconnected, and so when it rained, it was shooting water up into my yard. He was able to explain what was the problem and what the solution was, very knowledgeable and had my drain issue fixed right away. This is my family's second time using DoneRite and the second time having exceptional service and value for the work!
